According to Wikipedia, a business analyst (BA) is someone who analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology. Business Analyst helps in guiding businesses in improving processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.

The BA job includes communicating with the clients, getting their requirements, documenting them, and making the other team understand so that they can develop a product according to those requirements. BA is the person who reviews the final product and confirms if it is as per the requirements.

BA is considered among the top-paying jobs in the industry.

Their job is to test the developed product and confirm if everything works as per the client's requirements or not. Basically, their job is to ensure the high quality of a product. Testing can be a manual and automated bot. If you have any programming knowledge, then it can be an extra benefit for you, but it's not required to get this job.

The project manager's job is to look after if all work is going as per plan and setting the coordination between teams. He is managing all teams involved, looks after their work, gives reports to the higher management about progress, etc.

The product manager is responsible for the final delivery of the product. Basically, he is the man between the client and the teams who are working on the project. According to Wikipedia, Product managers own the business strategy behind a product (both physical and digital products), specify its functional requirements, and generally manage the launch of features.

A Technical Writer creates documentation for the organization and these documentations may come in the form of user guides, integration guides, API developer guides, in-platform instructions, etc.

Their job is to plan and implement the overall SEO strategies of the product so it would be visible in all searches on the internet. Their final target is to show the company, product, or website on the first page of search results whenever any user searches for the related terms on the internet.

They look after the overall strategies of how what and when to publish about an organization or its product on social media for more exposure. Social Media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram are very popular and most people using them in their day-to-day life on a regular basis.

So through Social Media management, the company wants to reach its potential customers. As a Social Media Manager, your job is to make a plan to promote the product on different social media platforms, keep an eye on the output and try to reach as many users as possible.

The role of a Technical Support Specialist within an organization is to provide assistance and maintenance of all computer systems and hardware. Managing the servers and the technical support vendors are done by these.

The job of a UX designer is to enhance the user interaction experience and make it more easy and attractive when a user uses the product or visits the website. Their job is to make the product/website so interactive that the user can use everything easily and come back to use it.
