1. To ensure the steady extension and expansion of the College through introduction of different Pass and Honors subjects.
2. To open non-traditional job oriented courses on the basis of manpower requirement in the developing economy.
3. To institute Endowment Funds for organizing Annual Lectures/Annual Scholarships/Annual Prizes, etc.
4. To write the regional history of Debra particularly highlighting its role in Pre-independence and Post Independence era.
5. To launch new educational and developmental programmers for betterment of the locality and the region.
