K. M. Govt. College - Narwana

The college was established as a private college in 1966 with the name as 'Kamla Memorial College'. This was the only college in Narwana and adjoining area. On August 1, 1979  the Govt. of Haryana took over the college and declared it a Govt. Institute with the name K.M. Govt. College.  The NAAC team visited the college in 2003 and it was rated 'B'.

This college is one of the 25 chosen colleges of Haryana which have been declared the centres of Excellence by the Govt. of Haryana.The college is equipped with two fully furnished and operational Compulsory Computer labs with broadband facilities, one Computer Labs for BCA classes and one well-equipped English Language Lab for students which is playing a vital role in improving the language proficiency of the learners.

The college has its own sports grounds -Handball (3), Basket Ball(1), Boxing-ring (1), Volley-ball (2),  Athletic track (1),  Wrestling Net and Tennis Court which perfectly caters to sports spirit of the budding players and is well reflected in sports achievement of this college on University level, national level and International Level .Besides this , the college has always been a flag bearer its cultural activities  at various levels including Haryana Day Celebrations.
