First, we would like to introduce our college in brief. Our college is one of the leading engineering colleges in the state. This institution was set up by Prof. B. M. Das in 1919 under the control of the then British Government. Considering the market and students demand AICTE approved B.Tech.

Courses in Information Technology and Computer Science and Engineering have been introduced in 2000 and 2001 respectively.
Intake to our college so far has been from top 10% of the students admitted to different engineering/ technological colleges and selected through JEE examination of the state.
