Pt. J.L.N. Government College, Faridabad
The college was established in 1971. One of the premier educational institutions of the region, the college offers quality education in all the three streams i.e. Humanities, Science, and Commerce. The college boasts of 20 graduate and postgraduate departments with some of the most experienced faculty in the state. The college enjoys special attention of both, the State Education Department as well as the UGC, because of its unique location as well as its commitment to the pursuit of excellence in education.
The college is running evening classes since the session 1973-74, which offers undergraduate curses in Humanities to those who are employed, and yet wish to further their education. The college is an important centre of distance education and serves as a study centre for both IGNOU and Department of Distance Education, MD University, Rohtak.
