Selection Process


Selection Process: MBA Evening Batch : Selection is based on IIKMĀ® aptitude test and Interview. A valid score on CAT / MAT / GMAT / XAT / ATMA also considered. Those who have not taken the above tests can apply for IIKM Management Attitude Test. (IIKM MAT)
In admitting candidates, the selection committee will consider the following:
  • Academic performance and test score
  • Performance in the Interview
  • Prior work experience
  • Level of maturity and motivation
  • Ability and willingness to make a commitment to the graduate study in business
  • Extra curricular achievements, honors and awards
MBA Part Time: selection procedure based on personal interview minimum 2 years experience 

BBA ( EVENING 6.30 TO 8.30 PM)


The Bachelor of Business Administration program of the Institute introduces and exposes the student to various industry-specified management functions such as those in the areas of marketing, finance, human resource, system and retail. The BBA program offers 3 years degree qualification; not only enables students to achieve a professional qualification but also assists management graduates in relating their skills to the needs of business. The BBA course structure is spread across six semesters in three years. The BBA program provides an ideal platform for pursuing higher studies in Management leading to an MBA. 

Duration: 3 years 

Eligibility: A Pass in 10+2 or Final year +2 students awaiting results.

B.COM ( EVENING 6.30 TO 8.30 PM)


Students opting to undergo a three year undergraduate degree in B.Com at IIKM will in addition to being exposed to all subjects in Commerce will also be trained to use software technology to enhance performance in their professional environment. The relevance of application of computer knowledge and skills in workplace is increasing exponentially. In this current scenario the vital role played by computers in managing various accounts related to business cannot be ignored. Thus the aim of this degree revolves around equipping the students with the correct acumen and skills to pursue higher studies as well as make them smart and employable. 
Duration: 3 years 
Eligibility: A Pass in 10+2 or Final year 10+2 students awaiting results.

MBA Evening Batch : Graduate and above, from a UGC recognized University. Final year graduates awaiting results also can apply.
MBA Part Time: Minimum 2 years experience
