Overview
This course is designed to tackle the rural health care needs and to provide primary health services in rural areas. It is a 1-year course and anyone who passed 10th standard can join this course. The basic purpose of this course is to prepare more health care worker who can provide basic health services in rural areas and can help during any kind of emergency.
During this course, the students get training to provide basic health services and first aid services. They also get training to tackle the basic health problem of pregnancy, children, and aged persons, so that they can help them in any emergency. They also got training to spread the awareness in people toward family planning, cleanliness, different general health issue and how to avoid them, doing surveys to collect information etc.

About salary:
After completing this course, anyone can earn between Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 in the beginning. Later with experience, one can get promotion also and a higher salary too.
